The Incredibles looms large over Pixar and the world of superhero movies even until today. It's fantastic and exciting, vibrant, hilarious and thrilling, but it was Pixar's commitment to baking the banal and the everyday into it everywhere they could that helped it truly reach dizzying heights. At the #3 spot of my ranking of Pixar's first 25 years of films, I speak about this powerfully engaging multi-genre spectacular and how I think it remains a film many could learn from these twenty years later.
