Today I will share my personal response to the closure of our farm stand, which many of you have been asking about. While the stand was never intended as a business but more of a retirement hobby, its closure has stirred a lot of emotions. I talk about the initial feelings of anger and disappointment, but also how I’ve been working through those emotions by leaning into my faith. I reflect on how easy it is to get caught up in worldly frustrations, especially when it comes to freedoms we cherish, but ultimately remind myself that true peace, joy, and freedom come from God alone. I also share some personal thoughts about being an introvert and how this situation may actually be an answer to prayers. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned not to let anger cloud my ability to see the blessings in life, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you all for your continued support, and I look forward to sharing more about homesteading, gardening, and canning in the future!
