This is the quickest way to get cumulative or running totals in a visual in Power BI. In this example, we’re using it to compare estimated versus actual hours in project management, but it can also be used for things like burnup or burndown charts, Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), cumulative revenue and expense, sales, web traffic, and so on.
