We just wrapped up our 2024 with a successful board meeting! We are still just as excited about this year as we have been all the years prior. Some changes made to the board - we are sending a farewell to Natalie Samuels (Vendor Boss) and Rachel Dallara (Treasurer)!
We will absolutely miss them! Their hard work and talents that have helped this event run smoothly, the ideas that have come to life because of them and the memories made while doing it all will stick with us forever! Natalie kicked ass at gathering vendors, getting info out to them, organizing their spots and so much more! Rachel was an amazing Treasurer and worked so hard to balance everything out and keep track of every receipt also so much more! Thank you so so much you two for everything you have done!
Zayna Apaseo-Martinez will be taking over the Treasurer board position and Connie Stephens will be her co-treasurer and our bookkeeper! We are very excited to introduce a new face to our board!

Every single one of our board members are such an asset to this organization. All of us have our own full-time jobs and with this event, it's basically another full-time job towards the end of the year especially - a job that goes unpaid and is full volunteer work! 🏕We also want to give a huge shoutout to those of you who camped - clean up was a breeze! There was ZERO trash that was scattered about, all of it was in trash bag's! THANK YOU for respecting our desert!

Due to the extreme success of our November event, we have met our goals to fund our Donate to Heartbeats Initiative - there will be no spring event this year. We are going to set up a booth at Music, Murals and Margaritas so we will see you there!

Want to volunteer and be a huge help with set up? We begin set up the Monday or Tuesday before the event and need people who can be there during the day to help set up - and Sunday for clean up! Visit www.thefern45.com to sign up for Volunteer positions. Each Volunteer receives a food truck wristband each day they help out and a free T-Shirt.
