In this video, I discuss the problems Samudragupta had to face after his accession, particularly the rebellion of his brother Kacha. It has been argued by some scholars that the accession of Samudragupta was not peaceful. There was a rebellion against Samudragupta and the person who led this rebellion was Kacha, one of Samudragupta's brothers. In this video, I analyse this theory in detail. Reference:- 1.
