This soundtrack by is by composer Shizuyoshi Okamura from an unreleased Mega Drive port of The Freedom Fighter P-47. A publisher named City Connection released an album called SUPER Rom Cassette Disc in Jaleco which contains the unreleased songs you are now hearing. Jaleco ran a live stream where they showed the port for the first time. Sadly, no archive of it exist so I have no footage to upload.
