When we talk about "The Future of Work," we think about robots and immersive VR. But we don't have to look very far to understand what disruptive innovation means for jobs and people: the future of the past is now. ChatGPT, autonomous vehicles—not to mention pandemic, inflation, recession—these disruptions are here today.

Join Fortune Senior Editor Ellen McGirt and Indeed CEO Chris Hyams as they explore what disruption today can teach us about the future of work, and why equity is the new frontier.
