This is a video on Amsterdam's Omgevingsvisie 2050. Dutch municipalities in the Netherlands pass omgevingsvisie as guiding documents, not binding, but it gives a good indication of where a city would like to head over the next couple of decades. For Amsterdam it seems like it’s rigorous greenification, increased mobility, growth within constraints, etc.
