I went to the 2025 Dodger Fest on February 1, 2025, at Dodger Stadium. I approached the line to get into the parking lot a little before 10:30am. The line to get through the parking gates was very slow and I got to my parking spot a little before 11am and then got in line to go through security. I had purchased a stadium tour for $45 which started at 11:30. Since it took me 40 minutes to get past security check point and get my general admission ticket scanned, I missed the 11:30 tour.
However, they let me and many other fans that had missed the 11:15 and 11:30 tours to join the 12:15 tour, which ended up being the largest group our tour guide ever had. The stadium tour took place on the club level only since the stadium was getting renovated. Usually, the tour would take you through the whole stadium including the Dodgers club house, but seeing players including Teoscar Hernández, Tommy Edman, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto walk by us made up for it.
As we exited the stadium tour, we saw a huge line for people who paid $50 to get a photo with the World Series Trophy. The Crowds were very large and the lines for food were very long. I did go through the team store on the upper deck and did sit and eat the food I brought in on the 3rd base side of the reserve level and watched the construction take place.
After I exited the reserve level, I headed to the stage in the upper parking lot where Chris Taylor, James Outman and Michael Conforto, were speaking.
After that, I decided to leave 1 hour early to avoid being stuck in the parking when everyone is trying to leave.
Here is my review of the 2025 Dodger Fest. Waiting 30 plus minutes to get into the parking lot and then 40 minutes to wait in line to get through security, missing my 11:30 tour was totally unacceptable.
It should not take 40 minutes to get through security. I think they sold way too many tickets especially since Dodger Fest was limited to 3 parking lot sections and only 2 places to enter. I heard that the other entry side was worse. many people waited over 1 hour to get into the general admission area and many were turned away. The Food lines were limited and very long that it would probably take over an hour to wait in line to get your food making you miss a good portion of Dodger fest. Many fans said it was really a big middle finger to the fans.
They knew they sold way too many tickets to a poorly planned event. I am not sure what it was like exiting the parking lot for those that left a 3 PM. I am sure it took at least 1 hour to get out of the parking lot, so that is why I left 1 hour early. the Stadium tour ended up being the highlight of the day especially since we walked by several players during the tour.
