He talks about his gateway into nerd culture, the thing that made him a comic book fan to this day and set him on the path to lifelong fandom….The Spider-man Clone Saga. I know, I know but when you hear us talk about it you’ll see that the much-maligned Spider Clone story did exactly what it was supposed to do which is sell comics and get new fans to come to Marvel. This podcast shows that both of those missions were accomplished in spades. It was the longest crossover in comics history so somebody was reading it, and Bill was one of those kids.
