Twitter: https://x.com/bazdaddy420 A Silent Voice is a 2016 film adapted by Kyoto Animations, following (most) of the story from the original 2013 manga by Ooima Yoshitoki. It depicts the struggles the two main characters face (Shouya Ishida and Shouko Nishimiya) as they both come to terms with their past regret and guilt, suffering the mental illness along the way. It's well known as one of the saddest manga and anime ever made, due to it's realistic depictions of depression, anxiety and bullying, on top of just being a beautiful story and one of the best anime and manga series ever made. It's an incredible series that you should definitely experience in your lifetime, but after you watch this video spoiling the entire thing (mo mone fo me $) Thanks for watching the video, I appreciate it :) Cheers.
