Whether someone's feeling like they don't fit in (like the performers in P.T. Barnum's shows), or they're feeling judged for not meeting family or societal expectations (like Zac Efron and Zendaya's characters), The Greatest Showman can teach us a thing or two about accepting ourselves and others and combating bigotry. We all need acceptance. And we all need to be accepting.

Licensed therapist Jonathan Decker and filmmaker Alan Seawright are joined by @FunnyOldeWorld (and two enormous circus-sized bags of popcorn) to talk about interracial relationships, finding self acceptance and confidence, and being more accepting of others. And of course they sing along to some incredible songs from The Greatest Showman.

We dive deeper into the romantic relationships in The Greatest Showman in part 2: https://youtu.be/FjHAU3wAm6M
