The rules for this challenge:
- Only 1 Division.
- Puppets and allies are allowed, but can’t be called to war except the first one.
- Puppet divisions will be unused and removed, unless they’re undeletable, then they'll just get placed far away.
(Disclaimer: Puppets and allies may be attacked, dragging them into a war, but this is uncontrolable)
