I don't follow any recipe for when I make these. I just throw stuff together until I decide it is good enough. For the Rice Bowl I did about 175g of rice, and 100g of chicken that I microwave on 50% power until it is hot.
The Wrap is roughly the following:
60g Rice
100g Chicken
25g Spring Mix
10g Rice Vinegar
Salt and pepper
20g Tomato slices
20g Red onion
10g Mayo
1g Paprika
10 inch tortilla
Hot Sauce
Pollo & Poblano Tacos:
60g Poblano
60g Onion
100g Chicken
48g Oaxaca cheese
salt and pepper
3 Corn tortillas
Hot sauce
