During his two-day state visit to Mauritius, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met key leaders and made important announcements. The visit included the signing of eight Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for cooperation in areas like maritime security, culture, and community development. Modi also inaugurated 23 India-funded projects and unveiled plans for new infrastructure projects to strengthen democracy in Mauritius.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred the highest civilian honor by the government and people of Mauritius. Expressing his deep gratitude, PM Modi acknowledged the contributions of generations of Indians who have selflessly served the island nation.
