Downtown Muskegon has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation over the past 20 years. The chamber, along with community partners have been instrumental in reshaping our community's core area. Since the mall was torn down in 2002, there have been hundreds of millions of dollars invested in infrastructure, businesses, housing developments and public spaces. This has resulted in new roads, a Farmer’s Market, a Convention Center, 75 new businesses and over 40 commissioned public art pieces. We are excited to share this video to reflect on the past and help guide our community as we move forward to the future.
