I don't know if anybody made this method already but being in a very drowsy state is waht makes it for me every time so I figured I would try and turn it into a method.
You can use vizualisation BUT you do NOT have to, this method is very aphantasia friendly.
Method breakdown:
-Get into a transe like state
-Slip away into slumber
-wake back up into drowsiness and get comfortable (very important to get comfortable and enjoy your bed/position/whatever)
-think about dr or anything dr related, get into the "dr zone"
-cycle of falling back asleep and waking up
etc etc until you shift or really fall alseep
