We still have a little stash of ripe tomatoes from the garden this year, and we've been really wanting to try to make some seasoned dried tomato chips in the freeze dryer. So why not take you guys along for the experiment! We'll try some with just salt, and some with everything but the bagel seasoning (you can learn how to make some here: https://youtu.be/J-N2gngcKlI ). They turned out awesome! In fact we're going to definitely make some more. And as for the puffball mushroom, we toss it all into our Vitamix blender and turned it into a powder. We'll try some recipes in the futures, adding it to soups / stews and see what it does.
