Müslüm Erden (60), who lives in the Kayrakkeşli neighborhood of Mersin province, makes a living from animal husbandry. Müslüm Erden is one of the last representatives of the 'Yoruk' culture, carrying on the heritage of animal husbandry and nomadism for generations.
Müslüm Erden, who puts the experiences he has gained in life into practice while raising his children, is happy to be able to establish a peaceful home. And he attributes this peace to the 'love' he has lived with his wife for almost half a century.
Spending the summer months in the mountains, the Erden family feeds their goats with various plants of the Taurus Mountains and sells the milk they obtain from the goats into products such as cheese and yogurt.
While we focused on Ayşe Erden in our documentary 'The Life of a Nomad Girl - Nomadic Culture in the Taurus Mountains' Documentary-4K, we focused on Müslüm ERDEN (father) in this documentary.
