Filmed, Edited and Produced from 2020 through early 2024, APSL is pleased to release the re-edited and updated "The Line That Refuses To Die - The Story of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad". This feature has a runtime of 56 minutes and was our first in-depth comprehensive and interpretive Documentary that chronicles the history of one of Maryland's crown jewels, the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. The original title of this piece was to be "Queen of the Alleghenies" and the intention was to use WMSR 734 as a central focus that would have showcased over 200 years of history in Allegany County, Maryland. However, with developments and updates over the last few years, the project morphed into something much larger and this new version exists as the end result. We've updated the Documentary with new scenes, updated Photos and Maps, as well as many other additional items that our keen eyed viewers may notice. This production has no direct affiliation with the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad and has been produced entirely by APSL, with great assistance from numerous individuals and organizations to which we express our utmost gratitude!
