Riding a Triumph motorcycle in Europe has always been on my wishlist. In August 2024, a friend and I flew to Germany, picked up 2 Triumph motorcycles - a Bonneville T120 and a Scrambler 1200x - and went on a summer roadtrip across borders exploring Germany, Austria, Slovenia and parts of Northern Italy. We set off from MaxlRain in Germany with a pretty bare bones plan, and let our route shape itself based on recommendations from people that we met along the way and spontaneous decisions made along the way.
