In this episode, we look at the golf downswing sequence and how to better land and unwind. We often see this movement pattern lost in amateurs, thus it's a big emphasis of our coaching. To truly Swing Like an Athlete, we have to sequence like one, and in this video we'll show you how.
By learning to use the windup in the backswing to carry us into the downswing, the overall swing can become much more free and powerful, and as you'll see rotation can become easy! And what you'll also see in this video is that even if you have a shorter swing like Jon Rahm, or a longer swing like Jake Knapp, the pattern is still relatively the same.
