“I am constantly overwhelmed–there is years and years worth of stuff that I haven't fully processed yet. May that be my first million subscribers, my first single, my meet and greets, Mismatched, or my first movie, through every achievement, I’ve just felt numb. And that’s why I rely so much on people around me–my parents, my friends, my team, my partner, and of course, the fans!

The real big moments for me, the ones I can never forget, are when fans walk up to me and tell me how much I mean to them. Like this girl who once walked up to me and told me how my song, ‘Shameless’ gave her the confidence to wear a skirt without shaving. That day I realized–sure, I do what I do for money, for fame, for all my dreams, but more importantly, for this impact I get to create!”

Prajakta Koli, better known as ‘MostlySane’, is a multi-talented content creator, YouTuber, and actress. She first burst onto the digital scene in 2015 with her highly entertaining and relatable videos on YouTube, capturing the hearts of millions around the globe.

About Humans of Bombay –
Humans of Bombay is a movement that started 9 years ago. We believe that every person has a story to tell and we want to help them tell these stories. In these years we’ve published stories across genres – stories of love, hope, faith and courage. And through our storytelling, we’ve built an engaged community of over 5M!

Our idea is simple – to strike a chord with our community and catalogue the beat of humanity, one story at a time.
