In February 1945 a 16-year-old Hitler Youth named Gunter Nowak became a national hero after destroying single-handed almost a dozen Soviet tanks. Hitler awarded him the Knight's Cross - the only problem was, Nowak didn't exist. Hitler was duped, but by whom? Dr. Mark Felton FRHistS is a well-known British historian, the author of 22 non-fiction books, including bestsellers 'Zero Night' and 'Castle of the Eagles', both currently being developed into movies in Hollywood.
