🎂🍫Ingredientes (Diametro 18 a 20 cm):
3 Huevos (150 ml Líquidos).
160 gr Azúcar Morena(3/4 Taza + 3 Cdas).
120 gr Azúcar Blanca (1/2 Taza + 2 Cdas).
100 gr Aceite Vegetal neutro + 30 gr Mantequilla sin sal derretida.
2 Cdtas de Vainilla.
80 gr de leche (1/3 Taza).
80 gr de Yogur (1/3 Taza.
150 gr de Harina todo uso (1 1/4 Taza).
30 gr de Leche en Polvo (5 Cdas).
60 gr de Cocoa alcalina o natural (1/2 Taza + 1 Cda).
1 cdta de Polvo de Hornear (3gr).
1/2 cdta de Bicarbonato de sodio (3 gr).
1/2 cdta de Sal.
120 ml de Cafe o Agua caliente (1/2 Taza).
Cobertura:
425 ml de crema para batir o nata para montar 30% (1 3/4 Taza).
340 gr de Chocolate semi amargo o amargo.
60 a 100 gr de Azúcar Morena (1/4 1/2 Taza).
170 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
1/4 a 1/2 cdta de Sal.


🎂🍫Ingredients (Diameter 18 to 20 cm):
3 Eggs (150 ml Liquid).
160 gr Brown Sugar (3/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp).
120 gr White Sugar (1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
100 gr neutral vegetable oil + 30 gr melted unsalted butter.
2 tsp Vanilla.
80 g of milk (1/3 Cup).
80 gr of Yogurt (1/3 Cup.
150 gr of all-purpose flour (1 1/4 Cup).
30 gr of Powdered Milk (5 Tbsp).
60 gr of alkaline or natural Cocoa (1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp).
1 tsp Baking Powder (3gr).
1/2 tsp of baking soda (3 gr).
1/2 tsp of Salt.
120 ml of Coffee or Hot Water (1/2 Cup).
Coverage:
425 ml of whipping cream or whipping cream 30% (1 3/4 Cup).
340 gr of semi-bitter or bitter chocolate.
60 to 100 gr of Brown Sugar (1/4 1/2 Cup).
170 gr of unsalted butter.
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Salt.

⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. You can use two molds of 18 to 20 cm in diameter or 3 of 15 cm in diameter.
2. If it is cold you can leave your Cake at room temperature but if it is hot store it in the refrigerator and when you are going to consume it leave it for a minimum of half an hour at room temperature.
3. For the chocolate coating you can use 260 g of dark chocolate and 80 g of milk chocolate.
4. If you have leftover ganache you can use it to further decorate your cake or you can save it in a glass tupperware for later use.
5. Instead of mixing neutral oil and butter you can use only neutral oil.
6. If you do not want to mix milk with yogurt, use buttermilk. For this, mix 160 ml of milk with 1 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice and let it sit for a few minutes before using.
7. Baking temperature 170 C electric oven and 180 C gas oven.
