Christopher Harvey is being questioned in connection with the murder of his partner, Rodrica Hill. The couple had a tumultuous relationship marked by frequent arguments, and Harvey was known for his jealousy and violent tendencies. After Hill ended their relationship, Harvey tracked her using a device to ensure she was home and went to confront her. During the altercation, he shot her multiple times and then left the scene. Later, he called 911, feigning innocence and claiming to have discovered her body.
