Keto Sourdough bread
1 1/2 Cups of Almond Flour
1/3 Cup of Psyllium Husk
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Flax Seed
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Scoop unflavored Whey Protien
1 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Egg Whites
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Warm Water
3 Tbsp Butter for the top
1 tsp Italian Seasoning for the top
Preheat your oven to 350°
Mix all dry ingredients
Beat your egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Mix all the wet ingredients (except egg whites)
Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Then slowly fold in the egg whites
Let the dough sit for about 5 to 10 minutes it will help your doll be a little bit more firm.
Put it in any shape that you want it and bake it in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. You will want it to be a light golden brown when it’s done.
