Finally, we're going to finish the trilogy of large, beloved expansions by covering East Scarp! As the name implies, this expands the area East of Pelican Town. The difference this time is that you can add a ton of optional mods that perfectly fit in with East Scarp, or you can keep it simple and stick with the base expansion!
