The Most Obscure Canal - The Pinxton Arm & an Old Railway Mystery / The Cromford Canal
In this video walk I follow the obscure Pinxton Arm of the Cromford Canal.
Beggining at Pinxton Basin, I follow the route as best I can, occasionally forced to divert, towards Pye Bridge and eventually Ironville where I join onto the Cromford Canal Mainline for a future couple of videos.
I also talk about the lost railways, active railways, a lost station and Chemical Works.
Then there is the Pye Bridge railway mystery. What is the section of train track for?
