In this video, I participated in one of Thailand's fascinating festivals, Loy Krathong. It was a wonderful day in the romantic atmosphere of Chiang Mai with my Spanish rival Alex.
Loy Krathong is a fascinating festival celebrated every year in Thailand during the full moon, filled with illuminated decorations that are left in the water. People gather and throw "krathong" into the river to cleanse themselves of bad energy. Chiang Mai is one of the most important celebrations of this festival. The city has turned into a sparkling, sparkling fairyland! 🎆
💡 What will you find in this video?
The meaning and history of Loy Krathong
The charming decorations of Chiang Mai streets
Our experience of preparing Krathong and dropping it into the river
Romantic and fun at the festival
If you continue to explore Thailand, the Loy Krathong festival is definitely an experience you should experience once! I hope this video can make you feel the growth and size of the festival. ❤️
