The Muscle-Up is the calisthenics skill, that every body weight fitness enthusiast or athlete wants to get. This video is a follow-up to the video I made three years ago, when I was aged 55, and got my first Muscle-Up. That video has now been viewed over 400,000 times on YouTube, so I thought I should make this follow-up video. I wasn't expecting this video to reach over 1.1 million views in its first 3 months.
