In 2014, he founded Specialty Turkish Coffee, focusing on the promotion and education of high-quality Turkish coffee, offering equipment and workshops worldwide. He also represented Turkey in both Brewers Cup and Coffee in Good Spirits, showcasing his broad knowledge of coffee.
