There is so many things that just genuinely baffle me about this situation that I am almost stunned.
The gachas themselves are baffling, with decisions I cannot FATHOM who thought they were a good idea to begin with. But that's why I am here I guess, to lay it all out so you are ready when they arrive!
(Seriously I scripted and recorded it all on the 28th and have then just scrambled to get this together as soon as possible to get the info out ASAP, so editing quality might be on the lower side, but original audio was 38 min so lot to do...)

NOTE: Since some people have pointed it out, yes technically these aren't "Festival" gachas, I used the name in the video because it is the naming convention most people are used to. But yes the gachas are technically only called "Unit Recollection Gachas"
