This week we finally make it to Scotland's North East coast where we visit the beautifuland historic wee village of Footdee, a place shaped by, and once totally dependant on, the sea. Today massive ships still sail up and down the River Dee, where once a mighty Herring fleet was based, on their way to the offshore oil rigs and wind farms. We then head down the coast a bit to visit a nice wee church with a pivotal role in the history of the Scottish crown jewels. And, as promised, there's a trip to Bramall to visit it's 14th century hall. As it's us you can predict that it doesn't go entirely to plan.
