Chicken legs is what I use to get called and it hurts to hear that.
It hurts to even just think about it.
Because it always came from people who don’t even workout😂

If you a naturally skinny guy like me, it can be very hard to build your leg muscles but look , don’t give up!

I use to be ego lifting all the time, I got really strong but my legs never got any bigger until I started doing what I shared in this video.
