This time, I made Taiwanese fried chicken, which is one of my personal favorites!
The tender and juicy feeling that you can't believe it's chicken breast is very similar to my personal favorite, Moss Chicken♪
Once you've tried it, you'll be hooked on its spicy flavor🤤🤤🤤
The batter is also crispy and great, but if you listen carefully to the sound it makes when you eat it, it sounds like it's crunchy but it's full of juices 😋 (my stomach is growling just thinking about it).
If you want to eat it at a restaurant, you'll have to wait in line because it's so popular... and more importantly, it's really expensive (^-^;
But if you make it at home, you can make it for half the price, or even less, so it is highly recommended♪
It's really great as a snack with beer or highball, but if you make it as a snack, it's super big and will definitely get your kids excited 😆
Please try to make it!
