Chapter I: Get to the Spectre. Take the blade, and rush the princess. Go back upstairs, and then reject the Narrator's "reward", and slay yourself.

Chapter II: Take the blade. Getting a nice or hostile princess depends on immediately offering to help versus arguing with the princess.
For nice princess: Apologise, and offer to help. She suggests to possess control over you, agree. Then slay yourself.
For hostile princess: Argue, then ask what she wants. She suggests to possess control over you, agree. Then slay yourself.
