The Teen Titans have become one of the most mainstream superhero teams in DC Comics, especially with the popularity of the cartoon series in the early 2000s. Recently, the most popular version has been the parody series Teen Titans Go!, which is not the most accurate representation of the team. Some issues in the past decade include Cyborg's role in the Justice League and the team overall having very few adaptations, seen only in the DC Animated Movie Universe (DCAMU) and the live-action Titans show. DC's Titans serves as an adaptation of the Teen Titans roster from DC Comics, including characters such as Dick Grayson as Robin, later Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, Wonder Girl, Superboy, Tim Drake, and many others. The series features the first-ever live-action adaptation of Jason Todd as Red Hood, providing further exploration into the Batman Family mythos. However, Season 3 does a questionable job of adapting the Red Hood persona. Other Red Hood adaptations include Gotham Knights, Batman: Arkham Knight, and the animated movie Under the Red Hood. The Teen Titans will be getting their own feature film in James Gunn's DCU, so it will be interesting to see how this show holds up in the future.
