Korean style water-free cucumber pickle
[Ingredients]
50 white cucumbers,
8 ~10 cheongyang peppers,
1 bottle of soju (360ml),
4 and 1/2 cups sugar (900cc),
2 and 1/2 cups of salt (450cc),
4 and 1/2 cups of brewed vinegar (900cc)
[tips]
* The golden ratio of salted cucumbers
Sugar and vinegar are 1:1
Salt is 1/2 of sugar, and soju is 1 bottle.
* While marinating, soju's alcohol content disappears, so be assured that you should eat it.
