"The enemy in the Kursk region is not as combat-capable as in Donbas," say soldiers of the 47th Brigade. Troops of the "Magura" unit were redeployed here at the beginning of autumn from one of the most challenging fronts — Pokrovsk. This gives them a clear basis for comparison: "Here, it’s effective to grind down Russian reserves."

However, the situation for the defense forces is worsening, as the Russians are trying at all costs to push the Ukrainians back to the border.
