Traditional English Football Grounds are a dying breed... We've already lost iconic stadiums such as Highbury (Arsenal) The Dell (Southampton) Upton Park (West Ham) Griffin Park (Brentford) ...the list goes on and on BUT after this Premier League season ends, we'll also be losing Goodison Park, the home of Everton Football Club since 1892. It's the oldest (purpose-built) football stadium in England and possibly one of the oldest in the WORLD 🌍 They'll be moving to the new Everton Stadium on Bramley-Moore Dock in Liverpool, which has a capacity of around 52,888 🏟️ But despite all the positives for moving to this new, bigger stadium, I can't help but feel a bit sad that we're losing yet ANOTHER traditional old skool ground, set amongst the terraced housing in the heart of the community 💙 How do you guys feel about OLD vs NEW Football Stadiums⁉️ Get involved in the comments section below 👇🏽
