A collaborative expedition between Unlock Nature and Herping Suriname. With guest Jap Smits, a knowledgeable nature lover and adventurer, we made an attempt to search for a rare and colorful harlequin toad (Atelopus sp). Local indigenous showed us the way and brought us to what they call: " The end of the river". The large rapids didn't make it easy for us, and the endless amount of fallen trees didn't seem to stop! But when we arrived in the remote jungles bordering Brazil, we managed to find so many colorful individuals! The whole expedition was a great adventure!
