This new Channel is my personal journey into growing, and cooking with vegetables. As a novice gardener, with limited experience, I plan to grown as many fruit and vegetables as possible in a small plot. I will show the highs and the lows of my experiment, and hopefully show that anyone can grow something to feel their families.
Every other week I will be showing our favourite recipes from books, Apps and online searches, that I cook for my family, which totally put the vegetable or plant in the spotlight. so if you enjoy the thought of growing your own, and cooking with them, then I hope you will find this an interesting journey.
