The Hebrew word for meditation, "hagah" primarily means to meditate or to ponder deeply. It conveys the idea of a thoughtful, reflective consideration, often accompanied by a low sound or murmur, as one might do when speaking softly to oneself. In the context of the Hebrew Bible, "hagah" is frequently used to describe the act of meditating on God's law, His works, or His words, suggesting a deep, internalized engagement with divine truths. - Bible Hub

Meditating on the things of God is basically what the New Testament writers were instructing when they said to fix our mind on the unseen, the eternal, what is true and pure. To fix our mind on the supernatural realities which lie within God's word and who He is + what He has done.
This is putting on the armor! This is renewing the mind! This is letting the Spirit lead!

Through biblical meditation, God has revealed so much to me. It is totally worth prioritizing the time for this.
