Back in the 1980s I got the chance to go behind the scenes with some of the greatest horseback riders in America. Competitors for the United States Equestrian Team at the Olympics. I am not a horse person and had no idea of the athleticism and courage needed to become great. Show jumping was masterful. Dressage was beautiful. 3 day eventing was terrifying. I am proud of this documentary and it won the blue ribbon at the American Film Festival that year.
