Founded MARIO TSAI STUDIO in 2014, with an emphasis on product design, new materials and creative approaches in problem-solving.
Mario adheres to the design principles of restraint in the design process and achieves a soft minimalist state with fewer materials and processes. This is the sustainable design method Tsai has been insisting on. His passion lies in the exploration of interactive designing methods and research in materials for socio-environmental development.
