WOWOWOW PEOPLE, this one knocked me right off my feet. So many of you sent me this recipe and at first glance I thought... eh idk if i wanna do another vegan cheese but THEN i saw the craggy, parmy look taht this thing had and I decided why the heck not. 150g potato starch
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
¾ tsp citric acid or 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp mushroom umami seasoning
¼ tsp mustard powder
1 ½ tsp salt
