The New York Times is reporting there is now a lawsuit concerning the rights to the work of the famous "Nanny Photographer", Vivian Maier that has galleries and book stores pulling work from their shelves.

David Deal, a copyright attorney, has claimed he has found a family member who is the rightful owner of Maier's copyright and they are suing for current work that has been sold by people who don't own this copyright.
