This video is the prerequisite for several planned videos: Daniel Bonade's Method of Staccato, how to spend an hour a day on Baermann 3, etc. It may seem too basic for advanced players, but I just listened to a bunch of college auditions -- advanced players in a sense -- and many mistakes could have been avoided by hand position.
Also the top-down/bottom-up focus thing is huge.
