In today's video EPIC BMX's (http://instagram.com/_epicbmx) Phu Vu gives us all the information about the worst and most confusing thing in BMX! The bottom bracket! The BMX BB, comes in 4 different styles: American Bottom Bracket, Mid Bottom Bracket, European Bottom Bracket and The Spanish Bottom Bracket (both the internal and external BB's) then each one of those BB's come in 3 different sizes for the inner diameter to suit the BMX cranks, and they are 19mm, 22mm and even 24mm bottom brackets. Hopefully all this info helps to provide you some clarity and piece of mind.
